Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there were three best friends named Lily, Jack, and Emily. They lived in a small village surrounded by lush green forests and a beautiful river that flowed through it. The three friends did everything together, from playing hide and seek to exploring the woods.
One day, while they were playing in the forest, they stumbled upon a strange looking map. It was old and tattered, but still readable. It showed a hidden treasure that was buried deep in the heart of the forest. The three friends were excited and decided to go on an adventure to find the treasure.
As they were making their way through the forest, they met a kind old man named Mr. Johnson. He had lived in the village for many years and knew every inch of the forest. He warned the children about the dangers that lurked in the woods and advised them to be careful. However, the children were determined to find the treasure and continued on their journey.
After walking for hours, they finally reached the spot where the map indicated the treasure was buried. They started digging and soon found a chest. But as soon as they opened it, they heard a loud cackling sound. It was a witch who had been guarding the treasure for years. She was angry that the children had disturbed her and decided to teach them a lesson.
The witch put a spell on the children and turned them into animals. Lily became a rabbit, Jack became a squirrel, and Emily became a bird. They were scared and didn’t know what to do. They tried to run away, but they were trapped.
Days passed, and the children’s families started to worry about them. They searched for them everywhere but couldn’t find them. Then, one day, Mr. Johnson came to the rescue. He knew about the witch and her evil ways. He went to her and begged her to release the children from her spell.
The witch agreed to release them, but on one condition. She wanted them to promise never to come back to the forest again. The children agreed and were turned back into their human form. They were happy to be alive and grateful to Mr. Johnson for saving them.
From that day forward, the three friends never went back to the forest again. They knew that some secrets were best left undiscovered. Instead, they spent their days playing in the village and enjoying each other’s company. And every once in a while, they would look up at the sky and remember their adventure in the forest.
